Diphenhydramine (Antihistamine) Dosage Table (i.e., Benadryl®) allergic reactions, nasal allergies, and hives.
• May be given every 4 – 6 hours as directed by the doctor.
• Do NOT exceed more than 6 doses in 24 hours.
• Children under 2 years: do not use
• Children 2 to 5 years: do not use unless directed by a doctor
Liquid Diphenhydramine for Children 12.5mg (in each 5mL or 1 tsp)
- mL = milliliter
- tsp = teaspoonful
- mg = Milligram
